Where can I get help?
Once you are signed up for a free website, standard or pro, you get access to inline help, a detailed FAQ, and how-to's. Email support is available to Terapad Standard and Terapad Pro users. For everything else - from email services to marketing - you also have access to our network of resellers. If you are looking for tutorials, visit the how-tos section of the official blog.
How can I login?
If you already signed up, that information was provided in the confirmation email we sent you. It's possible you may have entered the wrong email address in the signup form. Not to worry, you can still login at http://nameofyoursite.terapad.com/cpanel/
I cannot login / I lost my username or password
Please note that password are cAsE sENsitive. Also, some personal firewalls such as ZoneAlarm block cookies and may stop you from login in your Terapad site. Once you've made sure cookies aren't blocked and that your password was entered exactly as it was entered, but still cannot login, simply request a new password via your login page (see above), and we'll mail you a new one immediately.-
Is Terapad designed for individuals or for businesses?
Terapad is truly unique as it can be used both in a personal or corporate environment. It's unlike anything you've used so far. You can use it as a personal blog, or you can use it as a powerful content management system, complete with custom graphics, online shop and HR tools. Regardless of what you decide to do with it, there is, and always will be, a free version available. 
Do I need to know how to code to use Terapad?
Not at all. It's all very simple. If you're a developer though, you'll be glad to know you can use advanced features giving you access to the underlying xHTML and CSS.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, if you already own a domain you can use it with any Terapad account. Full details on how to do this including easy to follow instructions can be found in the help section of your control panel after you have created a free website.
Do you provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
Yes, as part of our Pro offering. As for the Free and Standard products, we are very proud of our track record: so far we've maintained 99.99% availability across all servers. In any case, you have nothing to lose by just trying our service. You can get a free website first.
How can I contact you?
For all press enquiries, partnerships and commercial relations requests can be addressed to press@terapad.com. Note that any support request sent to these emails addresses will be ignored. Registered Terapad Standard and Terapad Pro users benefit from a support form via their Terapad site control panel.
Official Blog
The team has an official blog to provide information to Terapaders if their questions are not included in the FAQ section. The forum is a great tool to allow the community to post their inquiries and get answers from the Terapad team or other users that are willing to help. The blog is updated to provide new tips and ideas that can be used on customizing a Terapad website. It is very useful specially with the users who have a free website.
